Mr. Rajesh has over 12 yrs of experience in sales and marketing. He currently manages sales and operations of Cisco WebEx for North. He is a part of the core team who pioneered audio conferencing services in India. He is a finance graduate with interests in sports and movies.

Mr.Roshan Gupta heads the business for Polycom India in North and South regions. He is responsible for all the company’s operations in the region, including business development and distribution networks. He is actively been involved in owning and managing relationships with strategic partners of Polycom and is responsible for Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Management, Market & Channel Development, Strategic Relationship Management, Design & Development etc. Mr. Roshan has had the chance to work with some of the leading Telecom & IT organizations in India. With more than 12 years of diversified techno-commercial experience, he has played a successful role in Sales also.

Mr. Argha comes with rich experience in the field of data communication services and has worked for several large and leading data communication service providers in India. As Vice President, Global MPLS Products, Mr. Argha’s mandate is to drive Airtel’s Global MPLS business to a leadership position in India.

Prior to joining Airtel, Mr. Argha worked as General Manager for Tata Communications Limited (erstwhile VSNL), as the Business Head for VSNL’s MPLS VPN business in India. He was also responsible for Business Development of Mobility Based Application Services business of Tata Teleservices and the VSAT Services business of Tata Net through the TIEBU Sales Channels. Prior to joining VSNL in 2006 Mr. Argha was General Manager at Sify Limited. He was associated with Sify in various capacities ranging from Product development, Presales management, Business development for Manufacturing Vertical and BFSI Vertical.
